This beautiful and well-made ring by Lowndes of London is a true statement piece. The ring is from the designer’s Almack collection, inspired by the Countess of Jersey and her affinity for the exclusive Almack club in London. One of the first women in the early 1800s to break the restraints of society, she was known as a social butterfly who enjoyed dancing. Bringing this theme through the collection, the shapes are informed by butterfly wings.
The ring face is pave set with approximately .68cttw of gradating autumnal-hued sapphires and measures .4″ long x just over 1″ wide. The ring is a size 5 and weighs 10.85 grams. It is in great preowned condition. MSRP was $1825.
