This wonderful antique ring was made during the early 19th century from solid 14k yellow gold. The ring is designed with a central, cushion-shaped signet atop a wide shank with hand-chased filigree details. The signet is lightly inscribed “RWJ” and can be buffed out by a jeweler if desired.
The piece measures about 15.5mm wide at the face and tapers to just under 5mm wide. It is a size 10 and is marked 14k. Condition is very good for its age with overall wear, please see photos for details.
