This fabulous pair of earrings by Grecian designer Ilias Lalaounis to depict a pair of mythological chimeras. The 18k yellow gold creatures each feature bezel-set ruby eyes and white gold collars set with rose cut diamonds. They are further accented with textured fur and scales.
The earrings measure about 1.3″ long by .9″ and they are fully hallmarked on the clip backs. They weigh 26.3 grams and are in great preowned condition with the exception of one chipped ruby which only visible under magnification. One earring has a slightly darker patina than the other.
